This is Sultan from the Middle East. I buy a bottle from time to time not to wear on my body but to use as an appropriate substitute for Agua Florida, especially when mixing Santeria floor washes. 

Another appropriate substitute for Agua Florida is the perfume x7 (pronounced EX-seven rather than TIMES seven), but this is available only in remote provinces. I have always assumed that the "7" refers to the Seven African Powers.
