Early this morning the hawkers were still cooking breakfast. Decided to try pares-pares, which I'd never tried before, at the mami and pares-pares vendor's stand. A gutsy dish with lots of chili, onion, and garlic served with rice fried in a little soy sauce. It was okay for now, but I still prefer the omelette, sausage, and fried rice I usually have.
