Was going to hang the Philippine flag over our side balcony overlooking the driveway last night, but I feared that it would rain--and it did.  It'd been rainy on Halloween, All Saints Day, All Souls Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day as well, so we almost never hang exterior decor for those days anymore, as though Nature herself were discouraging us from doing so.
