Watched "The Inheritance" from Grimm. One of my favorite episodes, but probably because I like the props. A dying Grimm father and his son travel all the way from Pennsylvania to Portland to meet Nick, but not without hitches. Verrat attack them in their hotel room and Nick is frequently out of the house. It is Trubel who comes with the son to their hiding place they went to after they fled the hotel. The father has a heart attack and is hospitalized, and that is where Nick comes to visit him. Before he dies, the father bequeaths to Nick a trunk containing a lot of books and stuff like those in Aunt Marie's trailer--and another key, which they find hidden inside his walking-stick. The company now has eight parts of a map that Monroe swears is part of an old map of the Black Forest in Germany.
Adelind sneaks into Nick's and Juliette's house and collects one of Juliette's (yes, blue) negligees and hair from a brush. She casts a spell that transforms her into Juliette's doppelganger. Love that poike pot cauldron, but NOT that Harry Potter witch's-hat-cum-smoke funnel.
