Watched "Kiss of the Muse" and "Deleted Scenes" from Grimm. A musai, who, according to the books, was recorded in 1888 as having figured in artists Gauguin's and Van Gogh's lives, is responsible for a Portland painter's obsession with her, the death of an author who was also obsessed with her--and Nick, whose behavior, after a kiss from the musai, becomes so neurotic that Captain Renard, Hank (back from his vacation in Hawaii), Monroe, and Rosalee collectively seek an antidote to the musai's spell on him. In the end, Rosalee decides that Juliette herself is the antidote to the spell. When Nick looks into her eyes, the spell is broken. The musai is banished from Oregon.
After visiting Aunt Marie's trailer yet another time, Juliette finally pieces things together, realizes what a Grimm is and how Nick's life is.
A nice episode with a happy ending.
Sometimes the title montage has the voice of Monroe growling over his image and the voice of Captain Renard crying out over his image; sometimes it does not.
