Your Messenger message:

"Hello po Sir Tony, do you have any advice po, kasi po ilang beses na po nangyayare saken na bigla ako nagigising ng around 2am to 5am at sobra sakit ng tenga ko dahil sa sa tining ng naririnig ko tunog both tenga ko po tapos buong katawan ko parang lulutang, at pagod na pagod at nasusuka at nahihilo din. Minsan meron ako naririning na parang madami boses pero di ko din po maintindihan. Do you have any advice po how to avoid or control this po?"

My reply:

Hello ______!

First, it is advisable to consult a doctor about any physiological problems you may be having. Do not argue or go over the edge with him; if you do he will diagnose you as schizoid and might prescribe anti-schizophrenia medication, which will be hard to shake off once your body chemistry gets used to it. Plus, it doesn't work anyway.

The alternatives are:

Practice yoga, which engages the body, balances your energies, gives you physical exercise, and keeps your blood pressure normal, for some of the symptoms you describe are also symptoms of persons who have high blood pressure.

Take a cup of green tea three times a day. It has a grounding effect on highly sensitive people.

Your psyche and your body could be preparing you for eventual astral travel, but something seems to be wrong in your system so to speak, so that the launching keeps getting aborted. Read up on the subject and sensitize your mind and your attitude to the possibility of astral travel, which is, I assure you, most enjoyable once you get the hang of it.

You could be surrounded with negative entities that are preventing your spiritual evolution. Light incense and joss sticks and/or scented candles in bottles. Try aromatherapy oil lamps using patchouli in particular.

Have someone give you a psychic reading without your revealing anything about your current condition, and see if he is able to pinpoint anything that is off or that needs to be corrected.
