Libay (Liberty Ilagan) was Philippine cinema's Julianne Moore. I first met her and her Auntie Laling when I was 12 years old (truly a long time ago) and played an extra in a Sampaguita Pictures movie that Ocha (Rosita Quintos a.k.a Rosa Mia) directed. Ocha herself passed away years ago.
