The soul of an aborted fetus "falls in line" on the astral plane and re-enters the incarnation of the same mother's next, conceived baby--either of the same sex or a different sex. Thus, if a woman aborted three babies in the same lifetime, she is obliged, by karmic law, to give birth to and take care of three babies. This happens usually to women who aborted babies when they were single, and then gave birth to babies after they got married and settled.

If the woman has no intentions of getting pregnant again or has become unable to do so, the soul of the aborted baby will reincarnate as a baby of her next of kin--sister, daughter, or cousin, for example.
