1) Do not backslide or regress to old habits.

8 ) Do not allow a crush to impede your long-term plans for yourself.

9) Throw away what you cannot repurpose or recycle.

10) Your house will always need something to get done.

11) How do you get rid of unwanted visitors?

12) When you shop, buy only what you need, and be the richer for it.

13) Rediscover broccoli.

14) Someone will invite you to the theater.

15) Go easy on salt and shrimp paste.

16) Dispose of trash regularly.

17) Reward yourself for accomplishing difficult tasks.

18) Avoid the temptation to abuse a friendship.
