Watched a free download of The Big Boss online. This version was 1:36:05. The Big Boss, Bruce Lee's first movie produced by Raymond Chow, is my second favorite, the first being Fist of Fury, especially because it has no Western foreigners in the cast (Fist of Fury had only one). I always overlook its production flaws:

--of all the Bruce Lee movies this has the worst music soundtrack.

--the leading lady, Maria Yi, is a ham. She should be relegated to performing in Chinese opera.

--one always has the impression that all the characters are wearing the same clothes everyday.

The ending sequence of the movie is THE movie. It has the best shots of Bruce Lee and includes the now-iconic "flying man" shot.
