Construction work at home is done and I am extremely pleased, though poorer by tens of thousands.

My next project is to improve the upstairs laundry room. I want to locate a stainless steel sink and a second washing machine there, and perhaps enlarge the full-length window and place a small balcony outside it--a parapet, really. A lot of plumbing and electrical work will be involved.
