TONY PEREZ'S GUIDELINES FOR HIS FACEBOOK FRIENDS FOR THE COMING WEEK (MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 5 - FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 9, 2022):

1) You have to love a place before it loves you back.

2) Reevaluate your friends.

3) Be advised in advance that the coming year will be the year of the goddess of the sea, the god of iron and technology, and the god of healing waters.

4) Remember that no one is really at your beck and call.

5) The children will crave steak.

6) If you must buy gifts, do it now rather than later.

7) Never do groceries without a list.

8) Cut down on travel and save money.

9) Always take hints from Nature.

10) Maturity is the state one is suddenly in after immaturity has been exorcised from the ego.

11) Whatever comes your way has a significant meaning. 

12) Re-enjoy old comic books. 

13) Although sea water completely cleanses anything immersed in it for three years, sea water is in itself unclean.

14) Dance in private.

15) Surrogate parents can be more loving and more helpful than real parents.
