Back home from jalan-jalan at the Cubao Leaky Cauldron. Finally met up with Raul Deodato Arellano to give him my oil portrait of him. This was part of a challenge we accepted last year. It was nice to catch up on news about old friends and old times. He is here on one of those rare occasions when he flies to the Philippines from his home and studio in California.

We're planning to spend three days painting more portraits in his gorgeous vacation house and studio in Calaca, Batangas.
