Finished watching the long, concluding episodes of Stranger Things last night: Chapter 8 "Papa" (more than an hour) and Chapter 9 "The Piggyback" (more than two hours). They did not disappoint me. The performances, scenes, and special effects were consistent with those of the movie's main body.

While most of the relationships in the story had appropriate, 1980s, post postmodern endings, the entire movie's spectacular ending was "round, like a circle in a spiral, like a wheel within a wheel", bringing the cinematic perspective forward two decades.

The producers and creative staff deserve all the kudos they get, and here's hoping they made enough money to continue doing what they've been doing. Their dedication to good moviemaking is commendable and extremely rare, but so are their passion, their imagination, and their minds.
