Your Messenger message:

"Sir Tony, good evening. May I please clarify some points with you in your magic for squares ebook?
"1. When disposing of name tags, should they strictly be placed in paper bags or can they be wrapped in a sheet of paper and just sealed so as not to be seen? "2. When transferring items from the chess board into drawers / closets to metaphorically transfer ideas from the conscious to the subconscious or unconscious level, do I have to keep the items in the closet / drawer until the spell works? "Thank you for your time, Sir Tony. I am still trying to understand the language of the magical chessboard and how to correctly use it. There are times when I am unsure whether the steps should be strictly and literally followed or as you mentioned earlier, it is the intent that is understood."

My reply:

Hello _____!

1) You may dispose of items that have finished serving their purpose in any manner you feel appropriate.

2) Yes, keep the items in the closet or drawer until the spell works. It is tantamount to moving your intent from the conscious to the unconscious, where it will exercise more power.

3) In the 1950s, mages who were selfish about their methods gave their followers and new practitioners a hard time by prescribing all sorts of strict, obsessive-compulsive rules. The truth is, magic is like reading a Tarot deck manual for the first time and knowing its creators' intent. After you have become comfortable with the deck, you have the right to discover each card's personal meaning for you.
